Experience the beauty and sustainability of 20 x 142mm Thermowood TGV. Our 70% certified ThermoWood® Pine is a chemical-free, heat-treated wood that is durable, resin-free, and changes colour to a warm, inviting brown. The versatile V-Joint Tongue & Groove profile can be installed horizontally or vertically, and the bevelled edges create a striking v-shaped shadow line that adds dimension to any design. Ideal for external wall claddings, our ThermoWood Pine is produced from Scandinavian Pine that is heat-treated to over 200 degrees Centigrade, resulting in improved properties. Choose from sizes 20 x 92mm, 20 x 117mm, or 20 x 142mm in our Select A/B grade, made from live knotted European Redwood. Upgrade your space with the smooth surface texture of our ThermoWood Pine.

Technical Information

Colour
The heat treatment process alters the colour of the wood to a warm brown colour consistent throughout the section of the piece. Colour can vary
slightly between boards.
Durability
When properly finished and maintained, Thermowood cladding will deliver decades of trouble-free service. It has a decay resistance of durability class 2 (durable) according to BS1186-3 Part 4.
Stability
Thermowood cladding has excellent dimensional stability because of its slow-grown Nordic pine. Shrinkage and swelling are minimal, displaying only small movements with changes in humidity.

Delivery & Returns

National Delivery Kerbside only

For national deliveries, the service is kerbside only, meaning the driver will deliver the timber to the curb/edge of your property, but not carry it inside, up steps, or into a building.

So you’ll need to plan for moving it from the delivery point yourself (or with help) once it’s been dropped off.

Returns & Refunds

No automatic returns. Goods ordered in error or no longer needed can’t be returned for credit unless Beesley & Fildes agrees.
Possible returns (with approval):
Must be made within 28 days of purchase.
Items must be from regular stock lines (not custom or manufacturer-ordered).
Goods must be unused and in original packaging.

A minimum 25% restocking charge applies.
Special orders (items sourced directly from a manufacturer) cannot be returned without prior written agreement.
Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, because a third-party courier handles deliveries.

When will i get my order

DELIVERY DATES. All deliveries, Local or Nationwide, are normally 3-4* working days. Confirmation of delivery dates (and supplying branch) is given by email following the process of ordering through the payment gateway. Saturday delivery, local or by nationwide courier, may carry a surcharge.
